By using the Simbiontes Mutualistas platform you accept these terms. Classes happen online (Meet/Zoom or another link from your teacher); the platform handles scheduling and payments, not video streaming.
Accounts and roles
You are responsible for accurate information and for keeping your password private. Roles (client, teacher, admin) limit what you can see and do.
Bookings and payments
A held slot is released if payment is not confirmed in time. Packages credit classes per the purchased plan. Refunds are handled case by case under school policy.
Conduct
We expect respectful interaction among families, learners, and teachers. We may suspend accounts for abuse or misuse.
Changes
We may update these terms; the update date will appear on this page. Continued use means you accept the published changes.
